No, we try to deliver it to everyone as quickly as possible.

Yes, you will receive this in your email within 24 hours of your order.

Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?

No, certainly not, we can deliver to every country/region, but the shipping costs may be a bit more expensive.

Do you ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, India Post, etc.?

Usually via PostNL, DHL or DPD.

What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?

For domestic shipments within 2-5 business days and for international shipments it may take a little longer.

Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?

We try to make our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible, but we can never guarantee this 100%.

Are there multiple options for speed and cost?

No, the time and shipping costs remain the same unless it is outside the BENELUX.

What items are eligible for return?

All items that need to be returned within 14 business days, or if our clothing arrives broken/damaged, are welcome.

How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?

14 working days.

If you send us an email with your order number and let us know that you want to make a return, we will send you the next steps.

Is an exchange option available for size, color, or different product?

No, unfortunately, exchanges are not possible, but you can return the product and receive a refund.
